Yes, you can request a return within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
If the return is without a valid reason (like color change or change of mind), delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

• If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered — Noor Wear will bear the return charges.

• If the return is due to personal preference — customer will pay the return charges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through bank transfer or the original payment method.
