Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 2 to 3 days after receiving the order.

  • After 3 days, returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

Return Charges Policy

✅ Company Will Bear Return Charges If:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

❌ Customer Will Bear Return Charges If:

  • Change of mind

  • Color not liked

  • Size issue (if correct size was delivered as ordered)

  • Any return without valid reason

Refund Process

Once the product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
